The new edition of the popular Serious Shoreline 27.5" can once again convince as an excellent mountain bike all-rounder for newcomers or switchers in 2021. With its sensational price-performance ratio, even in the lower price segment, it offers an equipment package that can handle real off-road use without complaint. The backbone of the 27.5-inch Shoreline hardtail is the well-made aluminium frame with neutral handling characteristics and a moderately sporty riding position for off-road tours uphill and downhill.
At the front of the Serious Shoreline works a Suntour suspension fork with 100 mm travel for optimum control and comfort on dirt roads and narrow trails. Frame and fork stand on robust 27.5 inch wheels with wide Schwalbe Racing Ralph tyres. The widely used medium format combines the advantages of the agile 26-inch wheels with the good rolling characteristics of the large 29-inchers. Serious also equips the Shoreline with hydraulic Shimano disc brakes. High braking power regardless of weather conditions with low hand forces lets the rider stay cool even on long descents and during spontaneous full braking. Likewise, the Shoreline rider can calmly face steep climbs and fast pedalling passages. The broadly tuned 27-speed Shimano derailleur offers plenty of bandwidth for pleasure tours to crisp after-work laps.

Som takk til kundene, gir Bikester en ekstra 10 års garanti - fra kjøpsdatoen - til alle førstegangskjøpere av en VOTEC-, Serious-, Vermont-, Fixie- eller Ortler-sykkel (unntatt VOTEC VRC som kommer med 6 års garanti på rammen og gaffelen). Denne garantien dekker alle rammer fra 2013 og er underlagt reparasjon eller utskifting av en etterfølger modell. Oppfølgingskostnader som montering og transport er ikke inkludert. Skader forårsaket av ‘upassende’ bruk som hopp, fall, overbelastning og omsorgssvikt er ikke inkludert. Garantien blir ugyldig i tilfelle uautoriserte modifikasjoner på rammen, samt festing og konvertering av tilleggskomponenter. I tillegg gjelder 2 års garanti for hver sykkel, deler og overflate. Dette gjelder ikke for typiske slitedeler.
