With the Edge Explore 2 Power, you no longer need to drain your smartphone battery to use a map app. The Edge Explore 2 Power has charging pins that allow charging via the Edge Power Mount or Charge Power Pack. This means your Edge Explore 2 Power can always stay on your handlebars. Riding your compatible e-bike? The Edge takes care of you. Use e-bike routing based on battery level, motor assist and range.

Route recalculation
Interrupt route guidance and route recalculation to explore off-route. When you want to follow the route again, Edge Explore 2 shows you the way.

Climbpro: Divide climbs correctly
Automatically see the remaining climb and gradient when you're going uphill and following a route or track. This way you can estimate how much effort you can expect and how long it will take to get to the top. You can even save the climbs to view them on your device or in the Garmin Connect app after the ride.

E-bike compatibility
If you have an e-bike that is compatible with Shimano Steps or ANT+ technology, you can see a special e-bike status page with data fields, such as battery life and more. Even smart routing and range alerts based on battery level, motor assist and planned route are available.

Edge Power Mount
With the included Edge Power Mount, you can keep your Edge GPS cycling computer charged. So your Edge can always stay on the handlebar. A separate cable is required for e-bikes2.

Varia compatibility
Pair Edge Explore 2 with your Varia radar for safer cycling. This allows you to detect vehicles from a distance of up to 140 metres and use the bright rear light to draw attention to you.

Accident detection
This Edge device automatically sends a message with your position to pre-installed emergency contacts when an accident is detected.

Anti-theft bike alarm
The bike alarm is PIN-protected and you will receive a notification on your paired smartphone if your bike is moved while you are, for example, getting a water or taking a short break.

Compatible with Tacx Indoor Trainer
When you pair Edge Explore 2 with your Tacx Indoor Trainer, you can train whenever and wherever you want.

Quick set up
