The HighRoller II is the logical further development of a legend - the HighRoller. It is more modern and aggressive, the open tread design claws deeper into the ground, and yet the rolling resistance is lower. Self-cleaning is even better. The exact tuning of the lug positions results in very predictable handling with seamless transitions when turning into curves and enormous grip. The brake traction also benefits from the new design.
3C MAXX GRIP:
The well-known 3C downhill mix that many of the best downhillers have trusted for years is now called 3C MaxxGrip. 3C MaxxGrip offers the ultimate grip and cushioning for unparalleled downhill traction.
Dual Ply Casing:
Two fabric plies are combined and wrapped around the bead cores. The finished carcass then has four plies on the side walls and even 6 plies under the tread. This is how MAXXIS downhill tyres are manufactured.
Tubeless tyres have many advantages: You can ride with less air pressure. This gives better traction and reduces rolling resistance. And where there is no inner tube, the risk of a flat also decreases. Maxxis TR tyres are better prepared for mounting with sealing milk than other tubeless ready tyres. Like a real UST tubeless tyre, the bead of the TR tyre is completely covered with a rubber layer. This means that the tubeless mounting of all rims with standard dimensions is already successful with the first inflation and with little liquid.
